Wanted to share - Isle of Man racing

Just wanted to share a video that is cool IMO. Take the music from my favorite movie series - Jason Bourne Series and add it to some wickedly fast riding on the streets of the Isle of Man and you have a win. Keeping the bike under control while topping the hills at those speeds is impressive. Hope maybe even you Harley guys can enjoy.

When I was younger my Uncle took me to the Isle of Man TT. He was a Privateer that ran a John Player Norton. It was

a great and special trip for me one of my favorite memories. They have talked about canceling this race for years due to the wrecks. Thanks for sharing it. It made me go get my pictures out . It was over 40 years ago.

Love to see some of the old pics. Going to see the Isle of Man TT is one of my bucket list items. I'd love to ride the course though it would be at considerably lower speeds than those guys.

I love a good zombie thread.

I cringe at every wobble and especially at 1:30 everytime I watch this.

I like this one too, the camera work sucks but the music is cool...plus there a cool segment of POV footage around 1:25.

After watching the first one on TV years ago, I came to the conclusion those guys have the largest testicles on the planet.

Nothing has changed that hypothesis in over 20 years.

Wow, 141 fatalities in the TT, and 248 fatalities in all races on that course.  Not counting another 14 by officials and spectators and whatnot.

There's nothing remotely close to it.  as said above, it's one of the few races that hasn't been severely nerfed yet.

Spectators have died at the TT. Wiki has a list of all fatalities from first year last year. I think only one actual racer died last year. There are times set aside for regular Joe's to ride the course and I think there was one fatality during that last year. It's almost time for TT 2016 and it's gonna be awesome. Records were set last year and this year will be faster. Go Anstey and Guy Martin.

The onboard cams of those new bikes in HD will scare the piss out of you if you're a rider.  I understand completely why a lot of pro teams won't let their riders get out there, if there was a measurement of insane, TT is off the charts.
