Hey ya'll, born and raised Memphian here. Still live in the metro area and work downtown as a network engineer. I've been a member for a while but never actually posted so I guess the time for lurking has passed. I've been shooting since I first handled a rifle at Kia Kima during summer camp (Chicagoan parents never owned guns). I'm primarily interested in defensive firearms use and most of my training is selected with that intent. My carry weapon is a 5" 1911 and just finished building my 2nd AR (an A4 clone). I also enjoy camping, single malts, long walks on the beach, and sarcasm.
