Well It surprises me that the US Marshals would want to get involved with the BATF.

To my way of thinking the BATF is pretty much like Hitlers brown shirts that became the hated and dreaded SS troops. Guess the Us Marshals just went down a few notches in my view.

I've been keeping up with Red's (Ryan Horsely's) little tiff with the BATF, and I wondered why he hasn't made many posts about it...now we know why.

For a U.S. Marshall to threaten an average, law abiding citizen, well...I thought they were better than that.

I guess they're the "only ones" who are allowed to threaten and intimidate.

you know what? I've never believed in "secret warrants" or any other disgusting part of their over blown, self inflated egotistical jackboot tactics.

I agree with David Codrea, the more we shine the light on these tactics the more we'll put a stop to this sort of thing. I'm sure that you folks wouldn't like it if someone attempted to intimidate you.

That marshal should receive a written reprimand and some time off without pay.
