Yes, a Trust/LLC can own/make items on a form 1.

I would imagine that some baffle configurations and internal designs are proprietary to the companies which make them... But, it's not hard to come up with an efficient design with just some research into acoustics and wave cancellation.

As long as you aren't trying to sell a product based off of someone elses design I think you are fine. You could make an exact copy of a Trident 9 for personal use without too much hassel, but you can't be selling them.
