Who would want to field dress 28 hogs in one night?

you really think they do that? I would bet that the hogs are probably left to rot. I've talked to a few farmers down here in Florida about the hog problem. One guy said he just throws them in the ditch.

Most definitely left to rot. If anything they would collect and burry them. It does seem like a waste of edible meat, but in the nuisance removal hunts it's just about killing the problem.

Our local refuge has a big pit they throw them into, but most are left if the fields to blot and rot. Just what the general public needs to see and a good image indeed for our refuges!
