From the number of responses here, do we actually need to reserve a meeting room? We could probably meet in the resturant area.

I've met some of the guys who work at the counter enough to chat about guns & ammo. I can try to get a room unless anyone knows better the procedure to reserve a meeting room. Can it be late afternoon be (3:30?) or does it need to be at night (6:30 - 7:00?)?
