Otterbox Rocks!

Just wanted to let anyone who's considering an Otterbox case for anything they own that Otterbox is a company that continues to impress and amaze me. I purchased a case from them last September and noticed the next day that the plastic screen on the front already had a huge scratch from the keys in my pocket. I immediatley thought, "Oh great, now I'm gonna have to live with this" but decided to ask the Otterbox warranty department if they could do anything about it anyway. I told them what happened, truthfully by the way, and recieved an email back saying that a replacement was on the way free of charge. Now keep in mind the only part damaged was the plastic screen but I recieved a box containing a whole new kit complete with a new belt holster and case! I now had two brand new belt holsters and a scratch free case with a backup for just in case. Now fast forward almost a year and I have just broken the tabs off of the second belt holster and can't get it to stay on my belt. I again emailed Otterbox and told them about it and have just recieved an email stating that since it is so close to the end of my one year warranty............that they are going to send TWO brand new belt cases so I can have use of their product for as long as possible! Long story I know and not very relevant for the site but I know a lot of folks on here are rough on their stuff and just wanted to share a refreshing experience with everyone.

I scratched my first one, they did the same thing. Great product, great customer service. Can't say anything negative. I've dropped my iPhone several times, it bounces, and I continue on my way.

I am on my second free replacement otterbox for my Inspire. Broke the belt clip on one, and the case, which the phone on it, was ran over by my idiot wife, and they sent me a new one then as well. One of the beat customer service related mindsets I've ever had experience with.
