Jeremiah 30:16 - Therefore all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that despoil thee shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey.

Rest in peace little one and take heart knowing that this evil creature is in captivity and will soon be devoured and preyed upon by the very evil he gave his soul to, in this life and the next.

If only his punishment could be doled out in a similar manner in which he took the boys life. Unfortunately he will be put to death humanely after spending the next 10-15 years in prison.

Dolomite

My guess is he'll cop some sort of insanity plea or something and die of old age rather than at the hands of a skilled executioner. Here's hoping I'm wrong.

I saw this yesterday. I started to post it, but it made me sick.

It's stories like this that make really hope Dante Alighieri was right as there should be different punishments. I'm not capable of conceiving a punishment cruel enough to fit this. Whatever you can come up with to do to this guy...it's not enough.

"..just wanted her to feel stupid?" WTF is that supposed to mean? I lose all religious compassion for mankind when I read this. When my wife showed me this I really didn't know what to say, my only thoughts were long strings of expletives that do neither situation or myself any good.

Please put him general population, out in the yard with all the other prisoners and give the guards some donuts.

I don't know of a fitting punishment for this pile of crap either. But I'd like the opportunity to try!

I've spent some time in bayou country many moons ago. I heard an old man tell tale of a rapist who got his comeuppance in the swamp one night as two brothers (of a raped girl), a ball peen hammer, a large flat slab of rock, and ......no bone left unturned if you will.

I envision something similar...

Create a special prison for the worst of the worse. Just throw them all in an open population on a small island that is surrounded by guarded walls. Only rule is to not let anyone out. Let the scum deal out the punishments on each other like the animals they are. Maybe put in some incentive to provoke them against each other....like only drop in enough food to feed 75% of them, but not intentionally....maybe due to "insufficient funding"

I don't I just don't

Not the why not the how not any any of it.

I've got 5 kids and at times it turns my stomach when I have to discipline them.

I realy don't know what to say, I would not even want to be on that jury and have to live through hearing the details.

Haven't read the article, won't.

I've said it before - any freak that hurts a child should be given to a volunteer with a few select tools (pliers, blowtorch, ball peen hammer) for a few hours before finishing them off.

Charlie Daniels sang it best.

Just take them rascals out in the swamp

Put 'em on their knees and tie 'em to a stump

Let the rattlers and the bugs and the alligators do the rest

well since he's already confessed to the murder, i doubt there will be much of a trial. From what I've been reading he doesn't have an attorney, he can't afford one anyhow, so he'll get stuck with a public defender who will most likely be already under the pressure of too much of a caseload to care about this clown's right to due process, or make much of an effort to put up a plausible defense. Considering he's already confessed, he hasn't given any potential lawyer or P.D. much to work with anyhow, so the best they can do is plea it out to life in prison without parole, but a lot of D.A.'s are cracking down on plea deals for certain classes of Felonies, and refuse to negotiate with the really violent ones. Barring some terrible screw up of police procedure and evidence handling, and how the confession was obtained, I doubt this even goes to trail, more like a plea of guilty, at worst life in prison, no parole, at best he will die by state execution.
