I've been reloading 124 grn, plated and FMJ bullets for IDPA, my local reloading shop gave me some sample 125 grn, Precision bullets to try, does anybody have ant experience reloading these? They will be used only for IDPA, my current formula is 124grn FMJ with Titegroup powder loaded at 3.7 grn with a OAL of 1.120, CCI small pistol primers and assorted brass. The Precision Bullets are a lead based bullet wit a coating I plan on shooting through my M&P Pro 5". So I'm looking for real life experience with these bullet and a new recipe? Thanks in advance!!!! A couple of years ago I had a sample pack of those ended up going with 147's

I used Solo 1000 3.8 grains, loaded to 1.130 long these made it to 126 powerfactor not much of a cushion so you'd have to bump to 3.9 or 4. Plus current lots of Solo run slower so you'd have to do some chrono work to get there.

FYI for Moly bullets BlackBullet run a LOT cleaner in my barrel.

Send me an email and I will forward some PDF's of the chrono sessions

Titegroup will smoke like a freight train with Moly

N320, Solo 1000, W231 in that order are the magic for Moly bullets

If you have a good 124gr load try that and see if it works. Weight is close enough and you will probably get about the same performance. As in most loads the max is usually not the best for accuracy.
