Thank God!

I saw an ILA alert about this and am glad to see someone with the C.O.Jones to

deal with it. I hope others join in with him.

Isn't there some kind of similar rule in effect here in TN>?

I think if you buy 3 or 5 guns in 3-5 days or something like that you get reported to the ATF. There is X number of guns in a certain time period. I am not certain of the number of guns and days though. I did know it but I can not quote it.

Most I have brought at once is 2. Figure I would stay under radar.

I am sure someone will come in with a direct link. I was looking but I failed to find it.

2 or more handguns in a 5 day period are reported to ATF, per the Gun Control Act of 1968.

There is no statute authorizing similar reporting of rifles or shotguns. The current ATF requirement is unlawful.

Cool, never brought 2 hand guns that close to each other, have brought 2 rifles on the same day though.

Peterson filed a lawsuit Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Albuquerque, asking a judge to prevent the order from taking effect Aug. 14.

So what happened?
