Were you guys out getting square baled hay up,like me? I had a small field and got 56 bales but when I got it in the barn i felt like I put up 200. I was glad I didn't know the exact temp as I was working. You MUST pace yourselves and hydrate,hydrate,hydrate!!!!!!

I've heard that over hydration kills more runners every year than under hydration. The problem being that when folks collapse people assume under hydration and then push more fluids.

I started to worry about it and figured if slowly walking to the mailbox put me down maybe hydration wasn't my biggest concern.
