Detonics Combat Master HT

Does anyone have any experience with these little guys? I just ran across them on the interwebz and the salivary glands have been working non-stop since.

Here's mine Sad to say I haven't fired it I bought it after a trip to the Ga facility where it was refurbished. It's a first run seattle gun. When I saw it I had to have it. I think the old ones have a pretty good rep. It was Sonny's BUG on Miami vice

I too loved these guns also when I first saw Sonny Crockett using one in Miami Vice . But let me ask you both this : Does the Combat Master normally come without a grip safety ? If so thats awesome !

I used to sell them 30 years ago. Always wanted one but were just too pricey for my pocket. They even had one model that was without a rear sight for easy pocket carry. I don't remember them having a great reputation for not jambing, and I don't think any of them had grip safeties. I still think they are neat little guns, a bit heavy, but neat.

I had one several years ago. Alas, I was stupid enough to let it go.
