as of now Peyton Manning is out for the season opener against the Texans, but there are rumors swirling he's finished for the Season.

Collin Cowherd just tweeted that Manning will miss all of the 2011 season. Usually when Cowherd reports it, it's true, he has very credible sources all over the league.

If Manning is out for the season, that's a mighty big blow to the Colts

great day of football, and lot's of surprises! Waiting on the Broncos game tonight! Got tickets to the Broncos vs Titans game in 2 weeks as well!

Biggest surprise was how badly the Bills destroyed the Chiefs, I didnt think the Bills would be that good this year.

Colts owner just said Manning will be "out for a while".

they are saying 2-3 months. If the Colts are struggling by then and don't have much of a shot at the playoffs, there is no way in hell the Colts will even allow him back on the field to risk an injury. I bet after week 6 if the Colts are doing poorly, they will place him in IR, ending his season.

After the beating the Colts took today with that flunky Collins, it's safe to say with more performances like that, the Colts won't be making the playoffs this year. I look for Peyton to go on IR around week 6 or 7.

I think Manning may be done period. His neck is fused in two places, a bad hit and he may end up being a quad.

And I root for three teams between high school, college and pro. I would have about bet the farm going into Sunday's game I was going to end up oh fer three this weekend.

I have tickets to the Broncos vs. Titans game on Sunday, and I can't wait! Lower level. Broncos will win again this year, as they did last year. Last year with the league's worst rush defense we held Chris Johnson to 53 yards rushing. Our defense is better this year, and our rookie LB Von Miller is going to have an awesome day against Hasselbeck. 2 sacks, and forced fumble. Our pass defense is my concern, but they are improving as well, our special teams has been pretty good, and they were the big factor in the game last year, Demaryius Thomas ran a punt back 65 yards, we also recovered a squibbed kick near the end of the game, that Matt Prater added a FG to pad the lead and the Broncos pass D held on to win the game.

It'll probably be a close game again this year, Broncos and Titans is always a pretty close game.

Typical Kyle Orton. He gift wrapped and personally delivered the ball to the Titans to give them the game. The officiating was total crap. Most of the ones on the Titans were legit, but there was a few I didn't agree with, and there was a bunch of missed ones that Denver got away with.

I have to question the call to go for it on 4th and 1, on the goal line, with a 14-10 lead. Should have taken the points, and made it a 7 point game. With the goal line stand, that swung the momentum in Tennessee's favor, and placed all the responsibility on the Denver defense, which I will say played very well today, they shut Chris Johnson down big time. he only had 21 yards rushing...the punter had as many yards rushing as CJ2k did, lol.

we need to get rid of Orton, ugh....he makes me wanna pull my hair out. If Tebow had played, this game would have been a lot different.

Yea it probably would have been 17-0. Tebow sucks as an NFL QB. Did you see him play in the pre-season? There is a reason he is third on the depth chart.

The INT at the end of the game wasn't Ortons fault, it was tipped by Jason Jones. And you never know what the ball is going to do when it gets tipped.

Tebow sucks as an NFL QB? it's obvious you don't know very much about Tebow. Tebow is galaxies ahead of Orton as an NFL QB. Orton should be 3rd on some NFL teams depth chart. The only starting QB worse than Kyle Orton right now, is Tavaris Jackson of the Seattle Seahawks.

Tebow will be a more successful NFL QB than Jake Locker will be, GUARANTEED. Sadly, Tebow may not be with the Broncos next year, I'm not sure the Front Office or the Coaching Staff believes in him. It's going to suck to see him go somewhere else and be successful.

With Tebow in, it would have been Broncos 34, Titans 20.

and regardless of the tip, Orton still threw the ball, he gets credit, and that credit is just and due. He's a noodle armed flunky.
