And in france too, which is one of the most left leaning. Knowing college like I do, I suspect she didnt take a lot of math and does not have the background to being to understand economics beyond about what a high school kid can handle. A journalism degree get you what, algebra II, if that? Econ has some differential equations, statistics, and more that she probably didnt even have a basic class on.

I love it.

Yes econ is math-intensive, however a not-especially-mathematically-talented person MIGHT survive to a bachelor's degree in econ, depending on the school and choice of courses. Perhaps not with honors.

Am not implying that about Brooks.

However, ferinstance Barbara Boxer earned a bachelors in econ from Brooklyn College, where she was also a sorority sister and cheerleader. Boxer never seemed much of a brainiac but managed to snag an econ degree. Maybe she just hides her immense intelligence behind those devastatingly good looks.
