determined, horde of the undead

shuffled through Downtown

Chattanooga Wednesday to protest

in front of the TVA headquarters.

The flash mob protest was organized

by Sustainable Chattanooga to

protest the TVA's decision to

complete the unfinished Bellefonte

Nuclear Plant, which the organization

describes "neither alive nor dead".
