No kidding. That article calls it a puppy too. I visualize a cute lil pup but I assume it could have been nearly full grown. Regardless, the whole situation is strange. The husband picks up the puppy and then she shoots in while it's being held? odd!

Just shoot the dog honey

No actual dogs were hurt in this reenactment

That gun may have been cleared a million times but it still makes me cringe that it's pointed at another human and her finger is on the trigger lol The re-enactment is flippin' hilarious though! That's the exact image I had in mind when reading the article too haha!

People post :) like this on a forum and then wonder why other people want to take away their guns.

Yeah, that's exactly why they want to take away our guns and not because of things like in the posted article. :poop:

Lighten up Francis.

I seriously doubt you are going to see the picture used as evidence in a case to take our guns away. Same thing in my eyes as what you see in hundreds of movies, art and nothing more.

And honestly if someone wants to have a gun (that is if it is real) pointed at them more power to them because it is their choice. It is their life and who are we to dictate what they are comfortable with. Because you aren't comforatble with it doesn't mean they need to cater to your needs so you can feel comfortable.

I knew someone would jump on here crying about pointing a gun at someone, but it really blows my mind that someone would think it will help them take away all my guns.

I don't care who you are that was funny.

By the way the most she could do is blow his head CLEAN off HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

That's quite a mental leap. NOWHERE did I state that I expect everyone else to "cater to my needs". Good god, man, get some perspective.

So, you think ignoring basic gun safety rules is OK?

:D It's humor. I'm fairly certain, our lawmakers aren't going to see this picture and think "Good god! We need to take these guns away! I never knew they could be so dangerous!" They're grownups. They don't need a nanny. If they want to take a risk (gasp!) and take a humorous picture, that's their prerogative.

Like I said, personally it makes me cringe...but I obviously can't pass judgement because we all have our different levels of expectation with guns. Furthermore, I agree...that was a hilarious photo! In fact, I would venture to say you should make a personal effort to re-enact more crazy stories lol!

The question is was she really shooting at the dog?

exactly! definitely have to wonder...

Sorry, I don't get it.
