I think that is the guy that was in Man, Woman, Wild last year. It was one of those survival shows like Survivorman. It was one I could get my wife to watch with me. I guess he's moved on to this show now.

I was not let down by it at all, other than seeing the pj/ delta force guy not win. Looking forward to it every Wednesday night.

I came in on the tail end of it, just in time to see the last challenge. What I saw was entertaining, at least to me. I'll have to hand it to the kid who won, I would have never bet on him. My money would have been on the guy with the Delta Force background.

I watched it as well. Pretty entertaining. In case nobody caught it, the old guy with the goatee was the one and only James Yaeger of Tactical Response. I'm glad he lost.

Based on what I've read here I may have to take a lookie at the show....I am usually skeptical of these "wanna be" DUKE NUKEM kinda shows...

Anything that is a "game show" is going to be a bit cheesy, but it is entertainment and is better than the mainstream station ones like "Love in the Wild", well except for the hot chicks....

"Surviving the Cut" is an awesome show in my opinion, it is more documentary though.
