Reciprocity Question

I have to go to St. Louis Missouri once a year. I just checked the reciprocity data base Reciprocity Database

and it is listed as NOT honoring.

If you go here and scroll down to carry and read the first paragraph it says that they

honor a permit from ANY state.

Could someone shed some light on this

Technically, "reciprocity" and "recognition" are not the same.

For carrying permission purposes however, they might as well be.

Missouri is like TN in that they recognize all other state's permit, although there is not a formal agreement of reciprocity between the two states.

The TFA website is WAY out of date. I contacted them several years ago about it, said they guy doing it had quit or something like that...guess he has never been replaced...

I travel to St. Louis twice year to visit my son and my grandkids. His neighbor is a St. Louis LEO, a Detective and his usual greeting is " You are carrying aren't you?" Tennessee HCP is welcome in MO.
