News from The Associated Press

Apparently Obama cares more about Mexican/American relations than he does about an innocent 16 year old child. It doesn't matter where this piece of human garbage is from, the world is a little better off without his existence. God Bless Texas.

Texas executes Mexican after court stay rejected

By MICHAEL GRACZYK

Associated Press

HUNTSVILLE, Texas (AP) -- Texas executed a Mexican citizen Thursday for the rape-slaying of a teenager after he and the White House pleaded in vain for a Supreme Court stay, saying he was denied help from his home country that could have helped him avoid the death penalty.

From the artical:

Leal was sentenced to death for the 1994 murder of 16-year-old Adria Sauceda, whose brutalized nude body was found hours after he left a San Antonio street party with her. She was bludgeoned with a piece of 30- to 40-pound chunk of asphalt.

Illegally in the US all his life, before killing her with the hunk of concrete, he raped her, gouged an eye out, and stuck a stick up her snatch. 16 years on death row.

And yeah, Obama makes plea to stay the execution because the perp didn't get to consult with Mexican embassy way back when.

I'm telling you, Barack has to go -- I no longer believe he's from Africa, but from Mars.

Chief, his desperate actions to cater to every nationality (and thus their votes) has gone from laughable, to dangerous, to downright psychotic. He is pathetic. In the end, legions will pay.

BHO's actions to force a stay on this savage piece of excrement appalls me in the deepest, most troubling way.

Why can't the whole country be more like Texas?

Too bad the tax payers had to feed him and give him free healthcare for 16 years before they gave him the needle. Should have been took out and had his skull crushed with a chunk of asphalt on the town square for everyone to see no more than 6 months after he was found guilty.

It would be gratifying in the extreme if Rick Perry, who was finally able to make the final decision to give him the needle, becomes next Prez.

Ghoul's last words were "Viva Mexico".

I wonder if Barack called him personally after the Supreme Court plea failed. Two ghouls, actually.

Beautiful irony.

Of course, BHO will come out tomorrow criticizing the SCOTUS for their lack of action. Then he will suck face the damn peace-loving Mexicans, criticizing the big evil US justice system.

That is of course if he can find a Spanish translator for El Telepromptor.

I just sit, sigh, and shake my head at the antics of this disgrace in the Oval.

:) Thumbs up to Rick Perry and the great State of Texas for doing the right thing. It's no wonder Obama was standing up for the confessed murderer/rapist, the guy wasn't an American. If he'd been an American, in trouble overseas, Obama would have left him twisting in the wind.

I dunno, I am ok with us working with the mexican government to keep things friendly, so long as the end result is the same. I do not even know what the current treaties allow for, but I would sure hope that if someone were arrested in mexico, they would have a chance to get some help from the US before being executed or imprisoned for life or whatever --- and that means a 2 way effort for such cases, by both countries. And if some american did that sort of crime in mexico, I would hope we would tell them they can do whatever they want to with the prisoner (after checking up on the case to ensure the charges are valid,etc.).

If an American goes to Mexico and rapes and kills a 16 year old girl, let Mexico do whatever they want with him. They should be glad we got rid of the human vermin for them.

I guarantee the Mexican government wouldn't provide 3 squares and cable TV for 16 years.

If the person is guilty, sure, I accept that. But laws in some countries are a bit different than here... such as guilty until proven innocent, or guilty until a bribe is paid, etc. I do not trust our court system very much, let alone some other countries, to do the right things.

What happened in this case would not make one whit of difference in Mexico. Been down there working, it is the most corrupt environment possible, makes Chicago look honest. Their drug gangs kill civilians with impunity and without regard at all for the value of human life, whatever occurred regarding this incident would/will not have had any influence on how an American is treated there.

Yeah I have to agree with worriedman. Mexico is not Gina show any US resident any more leniency I we stayed that creeps execution.

Apparently GW Bush said while he was in office that we should not execute this man for he same reasons. Personally I'm glad he is dead. Piss Mexico, if they don't like it, don't come rape 16 year old girls. Btw he admitted guilt in this case, the debate was that the consulate could have prevented him getting the death penalty.

I agree with you, but not in this case. This p.o.s. had been living here, albeit illegally, since he was 2 years old. Obama and his ilk have been demanding citizenship for illegals that have been in this country most of their lives. Well.. Texas treated him as a citizen and gave him what he deserved.

My newest thought was that this will certainly make for hearty campaign fodder for Gov. Perry should he decide on a 2012 WH bid.

The Governor of Texas, snubbing his nose in defiance at the arrogant, pseudo-inflated blowhard minion that occupies the WH now, to bring down justice on an illegal immigrant vermin that is draining tax payer's money!

Several birds...one stone. And how dare he defy 'the One'.
