That was operator error, more so than the holster. Then again, that's why I am not a fan of any mechanized retention system. That's just me.

Just seems like a poor design for a holster. One of the rules is keep your finger off the trigger until your ready to fire. However, that kind of release system seems like it's way too easy to slip your finger on to the trigger as you are drawing your side arm. I'll stick with my crossbreed or an OWB that has a button strap.
