Very nice, but man - I'd be scared to death of using it for fear of scratches. Heck, I'd not even want people looking at it...

Dude must have some big hands cause that is one long trigger

I'd think the owner must have small hands and fingers...that trigger length takes up a lot of space in the guard.

Either way, still a sweet pistol.

Nice looking pistol. It'll be interesting to hear a range report on it.

I doubt it it will ever get shot

Oh I bet it will. It's not like a custom engraved commemorative gun. It's just a custom with a Damascus slide. I bet it's only marginally more than other Fusions due to slide treatment. Fusions are built to shoot, just like Brown, Wilson, etc

Nice 1911. If I had it I would have to have a matching knife and yes it would get shot. Been working on a damascus 1911, frame and slide with a raindrop pattern. Just haven't figured out the steels yet. It can be done but as everything else it comes down to money.

Cheers,

tad

It isn't like it is a collectible. I hope it gets shot. I won't effect the value much if at all if it gets shot. I imagine shooting it much w/o cocking serrations would be much fun though. I don't even like the ultra slick finishes on the slides even with serrations. Then again I guess most folks don't have them built for defense carry.
