Survival/Handy gun

Recommended Posts

Why would I spend so much time on a cheapo Snake Charmer? Well, I didn't do all this at once and i'm definatly not going to modify any of my more expensive guns so I'll play around with my cheapos. A while back I broke the plastic stock on my Snake Charmer 2 and cutting it off to the pistol grip would have made it too short overall even though the barrel is 18+" so I had an old SKS stock that I used to make a stock for it. Then later I made the pad, I know a .410 doesn't need a recoil pad but it was already half made for another gun and easy to put the home made leather ammo pouch on, and some scrap leather for a sling. I also enjoyed doing it and thought it would be a good little gun to keep behind my truck seat. I have an assorted variaty of shells from 2 slugs, a few ooo buck, 5-#6 shot, and a few #8 shot and a cut off bolt to drop through the barrel if a shell doesn't eject which has happened with it.
