Good hotel in knoxville area?

I've found a good deal on some tickets to the bristol nascar race for this month and was wondering if anybody could recommend a cheap and clean hotel in the knoxville area. I'm sure everything in the Bristol area is booked up. I just need it for march 15....sat. night. Let me know if you know of anything with rooms available.

Whats your price range. The Marriot (which has been bought out, but still nice) is great, but a little pricey. Also the Hilton downtown. There is a a Budget Inn at Cedar Bluff right near my house which is cheap, clean, with o.k. beds. If you are looking for cheap and clean, this would be my suggestion. Lots of good eats around it too.

Every hotel room and campsite within 30 miles of BMS has been booked since Thanksgiving. Everything between 30 & 75 has probably been booked since Christmas. And all the crap that's further away, is being booked right now. You could probably still get a furnished condo/house someone's renting out for the weekend in the Johnson City area, but it'll cost you an arm and a leg. I think Heritage or Homestead Properties here in JC are still advertising some of those.

I know everything close to bristol is booked....thats why I was asking about knoxville.

I'm not looking to spend much over a 100 bucks. Its just for one night and we won't be there long.

There are some motels in Morristown that are about 40 miles closer and probably less expensive. Everything from Super 8 / Motel 6 to Holiday Inn Express/Hampton Inn.
