HELP, Middle TN FedEx Terminal

Recommended Posts

Posted

Hi all, I'm shipping a firearm to Springfield for some work, they said I need to take it to a fed ex terminal/hub. I'm assuming the closest one is Nashville for me. Can someone familiar with the area tell me where I can find it? Don't wanna take it to the wrong place. Thx!

USPS if your not afraid of the government loosing it. You are legally allowed to send firearms through the post office to the manufacture for repairs/mods. FEDEX is a rip! I believe the USPS just ask if its disassembled. They never ask for my FFL for USPS is all I use when shipping firearms these days.

Thanks, Springfield sent me a fed ex label to put on my box so I have to ship fed ex, looks like the air lane one is the one I need.

If you have a call tag label, any Fedex Office (formerly Kinkos) will ship it. Just drop it and go. Really.

Oops you are right Sir. I forget about my "special" circumstances sometimes. Seems funny when I take a quick look at the legality of mailing USPS. I am not registered with the postmaster, I have never shown my FFL to a postal employee, they have never asked to see it. I always tell them its a firearm. I can't remember if I have ever told them its a handgun but I would assume the small package size would be a "red flag".

My conclusion is....I can't wait for the government to run our health care. Regs are...up to individual discretion as to if they are enforced or not and so confusing.

Again thanks OhShoot. I looked at ATF ruling 1715 for clarification and it seems you are spot on.
