ummmm indictment does not necessarily mean he's been tried and convicted 4 times. it only means the Grand Jury found enough evidence to bring about charges for a crime in 4 separate instances. whether those cases went to trial or were pled out, is another story. lot's of stuff goes on behind the scenes that the media or anyone else doesn't know about.

Fair enough if it were just once, but if you've done enough shady crap to get indicted on four separate instances, chances are that there's a reason for it and that reason has something to do with you being a scumbag.

So.... still employed?

Though I still haven't gotten the official talking to, I have been told by my boss that I am ok.

Yes he is a scumbag, we have had Mr. Bobo arrested in our store before and chased his rear out of our store many times.

Can you not get a trespass warrant against this fine upstanding citizen?

We have him on an AOA (area of authorization, if he comes on the property we can have him arrested for criminal trespass), but much like a restraining order or gun control laws, it is only as effective as his willingness to abide by the law. He is a great example of the inability to prevent scumbags from doing scumbag things.

I wish you had a picture of said scumbag, I could possibly recognize him from my days of working at Union and Claybrook. Glad you are good to go on the job so far.

Hmm, don't recall seeing that dude. There are a lot of them down there wandering around though! Don't miss that part of working in midtown!

Oh my goodness.  I was telling this story to someone just the other day.

Glad this thread hasn’t been lost to the ages.

The reason for the gun policy is because the home Office for Walgreens is located in Chicago Illinois. I use to have an article about Walgreens settling a multi million dollar lawsuit that was filed by 3 former customers that were injured by two robbers that had knives and not guns and they sued Walgreens for not keeping them safe while they shopped in the store. Walgreens has always had a no gun policy even back in the 1950's.
