I didn't know there was a form to do a transfer. Other than the standard 4473 and fingerprints there is nothing else that would be required and that is only if the sale goes through an FFL.

There are no requirements for any type of paperwork for a person to person sale or transfer.

You used to have to give your thumbprints for every transfer at an FFL up until a year (or two) or so ago. Pretty stupid.

But was that in TN only? I never remember getting a finger print. Ever in the 7 or so states I have lived in. Either way, good.
