You can't. Only info available is to call or wait till they send you a notice in the case of a problem.

i called....i was filed and all that on the June 20th...process on the 29th...and from the 29th should be 7-14 days....so i should see it soon.

it came today....so 17 days if you include july 4th...if not then 16 days.

guess I just got lucky. I do have to say that our HCP looks kinda cheap and flimsy compared to the drivers license

Yeah, but you've got an extra state or two they have to check with.

Going to be kind of dependant on the speed they get that info back.

True.....I was hoping being from Hawaii wouldnt hold things up. They (Hawaii) may be on "Hawaiian time" meaning slow and at a relaxed time frame.

Is that kind of like "Mexican Time?" Down there if a wedding or something is supposed to start at 3:00 you have to put at least 2:00 on the invitations so MAYBE people will show up more or less on time at 3:00.

I called to check on the status on my permit this morning. And they didnt get my finger prints from gunnys yet. They are still waiting for my prints and still need to process my background check. The lady who answered must of been having a bad day. I was really nice and thanked her for her time.

"Yet"? Gunny's doesn't do them digitally?

Was my understanding that all vendors that are included in the $115 had to do them digitally?

Yup, gunnys does it digitally and I also called them. They said, " before or after you do your prints is not our concern. All we do it take the prints. If you have questions call the hcp dept". I guess I just wait. Hcp dept said they didnt get it and still need to do my background check and that they have up to 90 days. I guess I got the best of luck....

My point is that digital prints from approved vendors included in the $115 are sent over net immediately. If TNDOS haven't got them, they're not going to, seems to me.

The UPS Store where I had mine done allowed you to get an optional receipt of successful transmission for about 3 bucks, best I remember.

Got mine in the mail today, took exactly 14 days from the day of finger prints. Including weekends

Hopefully I get mine soon! I did my digital fingerprinting on 7/5/11.

I called hcp dept again this morning. She says there is no record of my prints from 6/28/11. But they are behind on the prints and they advised me to wait another 2 weeks. And if nothing comes in, to call them again. Gunnys say, they did my prints but my account is closed out when I did them. And I need to call a number to get it reopened. Gunnys claim the hcp dept rejects prints if too many comes in on a given day. I think, Im getting the run around. With all the finger pointing.
