I have already joined here a few weeks ago and will be moving to Sumner Co later this year, I will be in the area 4th July weekend and a few other days too, any thing for me to do in the area or to look at shooting related, maybe 7-1 on Friday during the day.

Even a list of gunshops worth going to, anything. My friends will be at work and I am just looking for something to do or look at.

well up in that area you have guns n leather... two locations, one in hendersonville, and one in greenbriar. Also a must check on is D&T arms in rivergate. both are good shops, I have my favorite, but I'll let you make that decision for yourself.

There is another, smaller shop (with a nice range) in Hendersonville called nRange.

Are there any laws pertaining to transporting guns that I need to know? I do have a Texas chl which is good in TN

IDPA classifier in Dickson Saturday the 2cd. I'm off work by 1:00 Friday. I'll hit the gun shops with you.
