The Jack Trail

A couple of months ago The Jack Trail was unveiled by the Tennessee Department of Tourism. I finally brightened up and thought a few of you guys might care to see some of the images from that day. It was mostly a press type of event, but there were still some good photo ops.

Here's the sign in front of the visitor center....

A barrel was made just for this event. It's probably now on display somewhere at the distillery.

But the best part for me was a private tasting with Jeff Arnett and Jeff Norman of a few new products...

These were ok. I liked the Jack and Ginger better than the Jack and cola. My personal opinion... mix your own!

I also got a shot of the new Tennessee Honey (it had hardly even been leaked to the press at the time). Jeff and Jeff told me a bit about how it came about and some of the plans for the product. I've got a feeling Tennessee Honey will be around for a while. I didn't get a pic of it that day because the only labeled bottle they had at the distillery were samples.

Why are his hands under the podium?

I'm thinking that the very attractive blond lady just figured out what the Jack Trail really is.
