MKA-1919 (AR style 12ga)

Looks like these are being imported now. Centerfire has them up on their website.

Anyone have any insight on these? From the little bit of research I have done they look like a lot of fun.

If they are reliable I think I will be (eventually) getting one instead of a saiga 12.

Hopefully this will help to settle those sellers with the "golden" S12's :D
+1I was at a shop locally and they had a used S-12 that hadn't been coverted. They were still wanting $750 for it. I am actually looking for a mag fed 12 gauge for a project but I am not going to spend what they are asking for the ability to do a quick mag change. Dolomite

AR style shotgun. AR style SBS. Supposedly AR reliability. How many will sell? Probably all that are imported. I think one would be for me as well.

I'm not too into the S12 but this has sparked my interest. Too bad due to the design only being similar to the AR they aren't compatable with most aftermarket AR parts.

Okay, I'll do it, I'll be the stick in the mud.

I don't like it. It bares resemblance to the AR only slightly. The gas system below and the bolt looks like they used generic auto shotgun design and stuffed it in a dress made to look like an AR. If it really is reliable, I'd be happy to eat crow, but I'm betting it has issues in the long run, not to mention replacement parts availability.

I will say it would draw the game wardens attention during turkey and dove season!!!

Seeing one in person, they look like airsoft. Really cheesy. Didn't get to fire it so I don't know how it functioned.
