The only thing I wonder is if the lawyers will go after the man for leaving the scene.

I bet he called 911 as he was leaving or something & probably told them exactly where he was. I cant blame him for leaving the scene. For all he knew the other guy that was beating on him was going to run back somewhere & get a gun & come back for him. I probably would have left too in that situation where he only took 1 of his attackers out & the other was able to run away.

I agree 100% with the DA that this guy should not be charged. Can you imagine this "case" going to a jury? It would be hard trying to get a jury to convict him with video evidence like this, & with the suspects themselves admitting that they started attacking the guy for no reason. Seems like an open & shut case of self defense.

+1 for the good guys.
