Its dangerous to fist fight if you do carry. What if they land a solid punch and knock you out then sees your gun and decides to use it on you? Just never pull over and get out.

Also would it be car jacking and robbery attempt if they try to pull you out of your car?

Sounds like the HCP holder pulled over to get in a fight and then shot an unarmed man. Who then took his gun away from him and killed him with his own gun. Am I reading that right?

And the initial shooter, the one that died, was an HCP holder. Not good.

Becuase life is not like a movie. Being shot once or twice with a handgun does not necessarily mean one will suddenly stop and fall over dead or be immediately incapacitated.
