So my wife surprised me with Corey Smith tickets. I been searching for info on Alabama's handgun laws and im a bit confused.

from what I take:

alabama is a CCW may issue state

You must inform LEO of your weapon

May enter places that serve alcohol, as long as you do not drink

follow posted signs as in TN

Now my question is with OC. From what I read AL is a OC state, but I have also read that that only pertains to your property. I don't mind CC and usually do when traveling outside my county. But if im at home OC'ing and decide to run to the gas station or grocery store I dont want to have to strap on another holster, Id rather just run out the door.

So my question, Is it legal in the state of AL to OC as we do in TN?
