While I'm not a moderator on this forum, I am on another unrelated forum (high

school football ), it ain't no picnic.

Also, it's no picnic to admit to a mistake. Trust me, this forum is much better

behaved than the football forum. Gets rather wild & nasty at times.

Keep up the good work folks.

I would like to thank ALL the mods for the job they do. seems all they hear are complains. My question for all members is, what has happened to being able to disagree with someone respectfully ? I read most of the new posts daily, and today one guy insulted everyone who posted on the thread, by saying he was laughing at them, just because he had no need for the subject being discussed !!!! TGO was, has been, as IS , better than that ! Oh and no I hadn't posted on the thread.

Somebody needs to work on their reloading technique... :)

Being a moderator is a very thankless job and one that tends to burn people out, especially when they are met with a lot of animosity from certain people over and over again. I don't know that you would fare any better than Daniel has in that position. It's very easy to take comments like yours very personal sometimes.

You bet. I was moderator on a high school sports forum for 4 long years and it really wore me out. Fortunately, I had great backup from the forum owner when things got hot. I think you do a great job of backing your mods up. And to Daniel, it's not always easy to speak up and declare your own self to have gone too far. +1 to you, sir.

And I was clueless...I didn't know...gosh Dan. I'm sorry, It went right over my head. I've since had a message from the gun guy and he wants me to look at it.

I'm pretty impervious to insult..I've been married for 14 years...if she hasn't said it already...

if it is bad to resurrect old threads they should be killed off or locked down after a certain period of time. Dunno?

Anyway that would solve that issue.

SUNTZU. are the bullet flowers the work of TJ's girlfriend?

I don't think so. I just talked to TJ last night so he's still breathing. The way those bullets spalled I don't think he'd be up and around. If it is, he is definitely a badass. If you know TJ, which I do, he is NOT a badass. :):P

In my experience people are quite innovative in finding new ways to be stupid

Are they innovators or is the general quality of education leaving us unprepared?

Also, I'm pretty sure those flowers are the work of that hot little brunette that used to have a table full of her homemade jewelry at all the Knoxville gun shows. I miss her. :(

And furthermore, am I the only one who thought that the forum was better off for those few hours without Garufa? Anyone? Bueller? :P

I know what you mean. He's really OK, once you get used to him :P.

BTW... kudos to my friend Daniel

If we can't be civil while expressing our opinions then we should follow Will Rogers advice, "Never miss a good opportunity to shut up" I enjoy reading every one's comments but sometimes wince at some of them. As some have said, can't weagree to disagree without going off on a wild spree.

Fortunately, Will never had a chance to meet all of the folks here -- otherwise he would have had to modify his most famous line. :-\
