All 5 articles appear to reference the same raid. There is just a slight difference between a handful of narcotics officers involved in a single raid and Russia sending military units and equipment in.

Yep. I doubt they would get very involved in anything other than a drug raid. Besides,

their alliances in that part of the world concern me. It's difficult to figure them out,

especially with our apologist President and Secretary of State. They are not projecting

the kind of strength and diplomacy to deal with Putin effectively. Plus, our resources are

spread way too thin right now to be worrying about Russia's internal problems.

Our exposure in Afghanistan is too much and Russia is already benefitting from us being

there.

Our foreign policy needs a complete overhaul, been needing it for years.

Yes they are all talking about the same raid. I was just pointing out that it has happened before. The request to russia as I read it was asking for equipment which they have already supplied in the past and just NATO looking for more + repair parts. Afghanistan already has old Russian birds from the 70s and 80s as well.
