Took the wife to practice for her carry class on Saturday. Some how we talked her into shooting a big boy. I thought she did just fine.

Ill have to disagree, lol, she was looking somewhere far, far away from her target when she fired. But at least she tried it, a lot of women won't. Tell her to go again without any fear of it now that she knows what it will do, bet she puts one dead center if she is like most women shooters...

would I have to let you take a video of me screaming and whining to shoot it too, LOL

might be worth it...looks fun

I have to say I am excited to be taking my wife to the range next weekend. She is willing to try my EAA Bountyhunter in .44 mag, and my XD .40. She has never handled a handgun before. So I think starting her out with a decent caliber will be good. I will be taking video of her shooting both guns.

Took me three years to get my g/f to shoot one of my .22's, so I doubt I could ever talk her into shooting a .44 mag. At least she does have a .380 picked out that she will get sometime soon. That's a start....

That looks like so much fun.

Contacts are NOT shooting glasses just as anything other than ear plugs or muffs are are NOT hearing protection.

First time I took my wife to the range let her shoot a 9mm & my .40. She actually prefers the .40 and shot better groupings. Though at 15yds she did better overall wth 9mm which I think wll be her carry choice after she gets her hcp. And it will be pink I've been toldby she who must be obeyed.

Tell her to wear her shooting glasses next time.

And hearing protection.
