I cannot apologize enough. I had been hanging with old friends talking macho **** and was hammered. The first thing I thought about when I awoke the following day was what an ass-clown I made of myself, and the fact that I basically **** on your shoes and made you to look a fool as well. Especially considering the lengths you went to to get me back on there. I have no valid excuse an am responsible for my own foolish and juvenile behavior. It was a completely disgraceful action. If it helps any, feel free to share this message with whomever.

They say forgive and forget. Well, since I'm getting on up there, I guess in time I'll forget. My regrets to TGO David and mods, too. I'm generally at least in the frigging ballpark on character sizing.

Funny as heck OP, drunk or not. If you're gonna go out in a blaze, go big! Been plenty drunk before myself, but I'm one of those "I love you guysh (hic!)" kind of drunk. I tend to say stuff like he said in the OP when I'm sober. I guess the booze tends to reverse the personality when it lowers the inhibitions. Nice guys let their repressed a$$hole loose, and jerks like me let their repressed decency out.

I vote we let him back in and buy him some more booze!

Well, you know... he should have learned by now that if you get drunk and act like an ass, even if you sober up, you still acted like an ass. He won't be back after that little drunken tirade and frankly, the fact that he can get that plastered and lose that much control worries me considering the responsibilities incumbent upon us as gun owners and carry permit holders. That sort of lack of self restraint isn't what we need here.

I doubt anyone can say for sure but I would suggest that you would have to be at least three times the legal limit for DUI. That said, never ascribe to alcohol or malice what can adequately be explained by outright stupidity.
