FYI to those who may be thinking of ordering from Falco Holsters.

I ordered an IWB holster for my Baretta Px4 SC on May 2nd. I was told 7-10 days shipping. I followed up on the order a few times and finally cancelled the order after being jerked around for about 2 weeks. If they have this much trouble living up to their promised ship dates it is hard to tell when I will receive my refund.

I had a great experience with them. They ARE shipping from Eastern Europe, so shipping will take a little longer.

So they missed the shipping date by 4 days and to you this is being jerked around?

4 days? What calender are you looking at?

When a company keeps telling you the order has shipped and should arrive any day for over 1 month I would consider this being jerked around. Especially when come to find out it had not even shipped.

The intention of the post was to simply forewarn TGO members of a potential issue with this company.

You said that you have been jerked around for two weeks, so you began communicating with them approx May 17th. That is what he is referring to. If you started talking to them this week.. Then THAT would be different. But you said you were talking to them for 2 weeks. which means you started about the middle of May.

Said he ordered it on May 2, was told 7-10 days from that date.

He didn't start communicating until after holster should have arrived, and they missed shipping date by at least two weeks, seems to me.

Then again, I do claim at least minimal reading comprehension. ;)

Well, I wouldn't expect a holster coming from Eastern Europe to get anywhere very quickly. Plenty of good American made holsters to be had here anyway.

dboone It is hard to deal with overseas company's and make clear whats what.

Their site says

Available in 7-10 business days

So based on when you placed the order that can be a full 16-17 days before they are ready to ship.

From your order date it should of been about 15 days plus they did have one holiday on the 9th so add another day.

Good head's up...thanks...it serves as a reminder that local shopping, while possibly a little more expensive is a better route.

wanna talk about how much falco holsters sucks as a company. my wife ordered me a shoulder holster from them on dec 2 for xmas. it never shipped. she contacted them 3 times to find out what the deal was. they have no phone number to contact and you have to do through the website...though it says on the website you can chat with a person...but no one is ever there. the holster did not arrive till jan 18 (2 days ago). i put my firearm in it once and unsnapped it and the snap broke. i have now tried to contact them through their website 2 times and have had NO response. so i am thinking the 5 year warranty thing they say they have is complete BS. i will NEVER buy anything from them ever again, and if i could find a phone number for them to bitch them out i would have done so already. Also just a fyi, if that was not enough, my wife's credit card got tagged and temporarily turned off...she was told it was because Falco has some shady business dealings with shady folks overseas. my personally opinion is that you should stay away from them.
