Mountain Tattoo in Knoxville

So I'm looking to add to the body art, my artist has moved to Texas and since I don't want to drive that far I have been in search of a new artist. I happened upon Mountain Tattoo next to WD Sporting Goods on Alcoa Hwy. Have any of you had any dealings or experiences with these guys?

Against All Odds. Danny Fugate is the artist. Call me before you go if you decide to go that route.

This is the second time I have heard him mentioned. Is he that good?

Yes, I think he is. Of course, that is an opinion. Caveman gets his work done by Danny, as well.

I may have to check him out. I still need to get my daughter's piece.

The best freehand tat artist I've ever seen lives in Sheridan, Wyoming. If he painted in oils he'd be famous.

UH yeah that could have been worded better, though I know what you meant. I have one I would like to have put on my right shoulder and arm,but would hope to find someone closer to Newport. I know quality would be worth the drive but I'm just saying..............

went to Against All Odds on Memorial Day. Danny was booked so JP did some work for me. Apparently Danny sold his shop to the guy who owns Hard Knoxs in South Knox and a guy named JP Lee is running the OR Hwy location. He did some work for me, very reasonably, very talkative (never stopped & was a laugh a minute), good with gun but a little heavy handed. Very pleased with what he did. I took two other peeps with me and they all had work done by him. Check them out......BTW, Danny in setting up shop in Austin, TX I believe that's what I heard.

Yes, he will be coming back here to do work, though.
