My daughter and I were in the basement getting our gaming on when all the sudden it sounded like we were under attack!

She being the smart 4 yr old she is, grabbed here "purple power" shotty and headed to the door.

Ahhhhhhhh HAIL!! Huge pieces....and a lot of them!!

Anyone else taking a beating?

We just had a bit but they were pretty small. I was able to get our container garden off the sidewalk before it hit.

story about the shotty....i picked it up at a garage sale. brown and black and missing a few screws. stopped by home depot on the way home and let her pick out her color of paint. took it home. cleaned it up and broke it down. she wanted a flower on it so i had to tape out a flower by hand....that took forever!!! then i painted over all the brown.

when it dried i took off the tape and had the flower!! (its on the stock, hard to see in the pic) she was very excite. added some batteries and off she went. i heard sounds of reloads and shots all night!! it even has a shell that ejects out when opened up. pretty cool toy.......

The "Quit acting stupid, I'm not doing that, I ain't got time to fool with that crap" Variety are much more common. Almost makes me want to propagate our species by one, Just so I can be one of the few exceptions. Then I remember what guys like you tell me it costs.

Thanks man...I was raised right I guess. My dad was (well still is) super cool. Always fished, hunted and shot guns together.

Not to mention mow and then have a water hose fight to cool off afterwards!!

I want to make sure my little one has a blast....and I want to be a part of it as much as possible

I built my daughter a .36 cal BP rifle when she was in the 6th grade. I still have the stock here somewhere..I'll find it and post it. It's tiny because she's tiny.
