Rafaello trains with the guys i used to at KMAA located in Knoxville next to cotton eyed joes and at the pigeon forge community center they are the best team around and all around great guys check them out!!!

Amen. I thought he was funny until he was a coach on The Ultimate Fighter. Since then I have lost all respect for him.

Rampage is a local boy. I gotta support him. HOWEVER! I like Hamill. Ever since the Hamill vs. Bisping fight, I've been a fan. I hope Hamill does well but I'm not sure who I want to win.

I think Hamill is over hyped because he has a great story. Rampage, should wear him out if he decided to train. Mir Nelson is the same deal. It all depends on which Frank Mir comes to fight. Nelson is who he is and he is often underated, but he is not a top tear heavyweight IMO.

I'm for rampage I wrestled with him on a freestyle team. He will ko hamill. Rampage hasn't changed much since high school he was called rampage then and was already wearing the chain. He was funny too alot of his talk is hyping the fights which means more money I roomed with him on an out of state tournament and heard some crazy stories about his childhood

agreed what goes on on the ultimate fighter and in interviews and pre fight shows is for hype and to keep people interested i had the privelage of meeting him he was a nice and funny guy
