gemtech halo/sandstorm qd question

Will a gemtech sandstorm quick disconnect for a 7.62 vortex also work on a 5.56 vortex. I'm wanting to get one really good suppressor to use on 3 rifles in 2 different calibers. Thanks

not sure but an aac 7.62sd will from a aac blackout 51 tooth and they just made a smaller 7.62sd. its designed for 5.56 and 7.62.

nothing wrong with gemtech ill ask my local dealer next timed im in he sells both he should know

hey i havent made it to the shop yet ill be going tomorrow but gemtech has a facebook page and they are very active you could ask them there im sure they will answer you in a few hours.

Or you could call them, I mean, a few minutes on the phone beats several days waiting for a response here...

i know they got one that crossed i just dont know if its the vortech or not.
