Yep, said he had a heart attach, crossed the median, oncoming traffic and hit a tree. Sad day, he entertained probably most if not all of us throughout the years. He wrestled here in Memphis for many years until losing a "loser leave town" match to Jerry "the King" Lawler. No more snapping into a slim jim commercials either.

RIP Macho Man.

Makes me wonder though if the steroids led to the heart attack,

Probably so...

Saw Macho Man wrestle my all time favorite heel The Exoic Adrian Street at Cookeville High School. Macho kissed Adrian's valet Miss Linda. Then Adrian kissed The Macho Man. R.I.P.

I want to know how they figured out so fast he had a heart attack and that caused his wreak?

Seriously, I have heard crime cases, bad example victim shot 3 times in the chest and they wait 3 weeks or more for autopsy report for a cause of death.

Seriously how did they figure it out so fast?

Determining a natural cause of death, especially in the case of a heart attack is a very easy thing to do for doctors. Unnatural deaths, like a shooting or ones of an undeterminable cause, by law require an autopsy. Autopsies take time and the labs are busy.

Although not my favorite, I always enjoyed watching the Macho Man back when I was a teenager. I never could figure out though why he always talked like he was constipated.

it was the Slim Jim's. I know darn well that anything made of animal parts that tastes that good is not healthy for the heart.

I'm destined for heart attack if slim jims are the cause
