I bought about a million pounds of Polish Sausage and I'm cooking some of it in the crockpot (it's a B I G pot)

1 cup vinegar

1 cup mustard

1 homebrew beer (2 years old and brewed outdoors on an oak fire...impossible to drink but really good to cook with)

Some paprika

half a jar of salted capers

garlic

eventually green onions

1 can cranberry sauce

Oh my...it's smelling GOOD!
