Facebook does not control those items, so its like anything else. If you mess around with it, you are very likely to get hosed by it. Just simply stay away

I love fb, it lets me keep up and find friends from the past. I travel often ( all the time really) and have been able to see many friends from the past. It also give me a way of letting multiple family/friend members keep up with what/how I am doing. I am a face to face kinda person (no pun intended) I don't like talking on the phone. But somehow FB isn't quite the same. I get to post pics of the things I see and do. Also lets my parents see what is happening in my kids lives too (parents live in MI)

I deleted my FB account about a year ago. I found it a bit intrusive for my taste.

After the deletion process, which took about two weeks, I started using this other application for keeping up with family and friends call the US Postal Service. It's pretty cool.

If you want to try it though, you'd better hurry. I don't think it will be around much longer

Great communication tool....also, companies like Hornady hosts good contests via FB. Pretty neat.

Must be used in moderation, and with some common sense.

Yeah I signed up a few years ago looking for people I used to know, then I realized, I don't like anyone I used to know or I would still know them.
