No. The Dems do not fear this. Why? He is not "mainstream" enough in the GOP party to get close to being a valid candidate. They are not worried. And from what I can tell, on which GOP candidates are in the race and which are out, I do not think the Dems have much to fear, yet. It feels like the GOP are going to give O a pass. Like the GOP are afraid of something.

Sadly, it is not the GOP's to win, it is O's to lose. And so far, even though gas prices suck, the economy has not recovered, the $35000+ year jobs have not returned (and seems the economy is still shedding them) and he keeps ticking the extreme liberals of his own party off, O has not had the critical screw up to be beatable. Not yet.

Now, had the Bin Laden take out gone wrong (casualties, or he was not there.) then the GOP would have had the screw up to go after. They would have been able to draw correlations to Carter.
