How do you feel about signage that kinda gives a "wink and a nod" to us?

Ok, here is one for you all. This was about a year ago but after reading others i wanted to share. Joe's Crab shack in Memphis. I went in carrying and didnt see a sign. had dinner and on the way out I noticed a sign.... above the door frame, not in plan sight. Thats not my fault for not seeing a sign if its not were you can see it is it??

People can argue for or against this all they want. What it would come down to if you got caught was the judge. You would not be able to just say "I didn't see it". You would most likely have to argue it on court. So obviously the more obscure the location its posted the better. I'm sure if it is posted on the back door or underneath a chair, then it's very unlike that you will be in trouble. Near the front door in a location thats just not likely for you to look... like i said.. would all depend on the judge.

So if you want to do your best to stay out of trouble, then look very carefully anywhere near the front door / entrance area for a sign.
