Hope this isnt a repost. I read on another forum today that the Saiga 12s were going to be allowed in as a sporting gun. Anyone considering the 1K purchase of a 12 might want to wait. I also heard there was a cargo ship off the coast of Florida full of them waiting on this announcement! Dont know anything solid but this is the rumor. Thanks, Jack

Oh yeah. I bought my first Saiga 7.62x39 for $230 and my first S12 for $350. Those days are long gone unfortunately.

Maybe if we can get a Republican back in the White House, prices will come down a bit...

Not likely. Guns and ammo prices are just going to keep going up and up. Just the way it works. I doubt the man in the office has much to do with it. It's a whole consortium of bureaucrats and ignorant buyers that dictate prices more than the President.

You are a breath of fresh air. There is nothing as beautiful as common sense.

Correct, but the ignorant buyers were all jacked up over Obama getting elected and there was an instant run on all firearms, ammunition, and reloading supplies that we are still trying to recover from. My point is that perhaps with a Republican in office, people will stop the panic buying and hording prices will follow reduced demand.
