Cool armored truck I saw at a customers shop

The owner of this shop had this parked inside. It is supposedly a prototype for the military and one of only two made. It is very big. Fully armored and bulletproof windows. Was built by a company called Pro Vin? The truck has an emblem that says PROTECTOR. Pretty cool truck, it also has a spot for a turret on the roof. Was purchased at a military auction for $70k.

Gas hog is right. The guys said this thing gets 5mpg of diesel. I almost got to ride in it but the batteries were too low to start. They did charge it and drove it the next day ( I have a video of that too) but I was too busy to take a ride.
