If someone has already commented, please forgive.

Full-sized .45 acp, decent finish, traditional grips. Very tight fitting. Big, sturdy, three-dot, dovetail, sights. Came with two mags and a very sturdy Remington Green carry box.

Fit and finish were above average, much like the pre-70 series Colts, though I suspect the grips are laser cut. The finish is somewhat like a parkerized finish (to my untrained eye).

Fed it a mix of factory and hand loads. Dispite a the tight fit, no 'events'. Accuracy is about 'average'. From a rice-bag at 25Y everything except the weaker handloads fell into a 2.5 inch group, though as expected the group placement varied with the make of ammo. Would like to have Ransom Rest data on this one.

later: the trigger pull is the typical 'insurance' weight, with a bit of grind. Just polishing it out should improve things to an acceptable level, though.

For the price 615$ plus tax, I'm glad it's mine.
